VIA Drinks 12 Weeks Supply Giveaway –Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of VIA Drinks and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Prize: 12 weeks’ supply of VIA Drinks for the winner and a nominated friend. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. VIA Drinks reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
a) Complete the entry form via the link in bio
b) Follow @viadrinks on Instagram or Facebook
c) For bonus entries: Follow VIA Drinks on Facebook and Instagram, tag friends (one tag per comment = one extra entry), and share this post to their Fb or Instagram story.
Competition Period: The promotion opens at the time of posting andCompetition closes 11:59 PM AEDT, Tuesday September 1, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner and nominated friend will be randomly drawn and notified via email and Instagram Direct Message within 3 days of the competition closing. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize or a new winner may be selected.
Announcement: Winners agree to have their name and Instagram handle published on VIA Drinks’ Instagram and website.
General:
a) This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
b) VIA Drinks reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway at any time.
c) By entering, all participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of VIA Drinks, which are final.
